SFY Invoice Sync: End-User License Agreement

1. Who may use it. SFY Invoice Sync is licensed only to Seals For U, LLC and its authorized staff for internal business use with Seals For U, LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold or licensed to anyone else.

2. What it does. The tool creates and updates draft invoices in QuickBooks Online from completed manufacturing orders. Invoices are never sent automatically. An authorized user reviews and sends each one.

3. No warranty. The tool is provided “as is.” Users are responsible for reviewing every invoice before it is sent.

4. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.

5. Ending use. Access can be ended at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps) or removing it from the company’s Google account.

6. Intuit. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. This tool is not made or endorsed by Intuit.
