SFY Invoice Sync: Privacy Policy

SFY Invoice Sync is an internal tool owned and operated by Seals For U, LLC (“we”). It is used only by Seals For U, LLC to create invoices in its own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered to the public.

What we access. When connected, the tool reads product/service names, prices and descriptions, customer names, and invoices in Seals For U, LLC’s QuickBooks Online company. It creates and updates draft invoices. It does not access bank, payroll or payment-card information.

Why. Only to build invoices from completed manufacturing orders so a staff member can review and send them.

Where data is stored. Order information is kept in Seals For U, LLC’s own Google Workspace account. The QuickBooks connection key is stored securely in that same account. No data is stored on any third-party server we control.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data with anyone. Data is used only within Seals For U, LLC and its affiliated company Seals Guy LLC for invoicing.

Retention and removal. Data is kept as long as needed for our business and tax records. Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) immediately stops all access.

Security. Access is limited to authorized company accounts. Connections to QuickBooks use Intuit’s secure OAuth 2.0 sign-in.
